Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée is an ESH (Social Enterprise for Habitat) which merged with ADESTIA (subsidiary of CDC Habitat) in October 2021. Social landlord in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, ESH HPM is present in 21 of the 36 municipalities of the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole conurbation and the town of Pia.
